Expedited Resolution Service
Your eBay feedback score is important. So is your time! SquareTrade's Expedited Resolution Service is designed to help you maintain your reputation on eBay and resolve your issues with your buyers quickly.

There may be fees associated with the use of this service.

The service works in the following way:

  1. We will monitor your feedback on eBay.
  2. If you receive a negative feedback, we will automatically file a feedback withdrawal case on SquareTrade for you.
  3. You will receive an email from us (see example) . You can cancel the auto case filing if you so desire or the case will be auto-filed the next day.
  4. Once a case is filed, we will determine if your case is eligible for feedback withdrawal (i.e., the other party agrees to mediate OR does not respond within 14 days).
  5. If it is, we will charge your credit card on file and assign a dispute resolution specialist to the case.
  6. The case will then proceed as per eBay's guidelines on feedback withdrawal.
You will be charged only if the other party agrees to mediate or fails to respond within 14 days of the case filing.

For each transaction with negative feedback, you can also easily cancel the auto case filing or file case manually.

You can always opt-out of this service from the notification emails you'll receive.
