The Whole Home Protection Plan covers eligible electronics in your home for mechanical and electrical failures during normal use, plus life's accidents like drops and spills.

Once you purchase the plan, any eligible electronics you already own, plus eligible electronics you buy while your plan is active, are automatically covered. It doesn't matter where or when you bought them, and you can cover as many items as you need.

Cell phones and appliances do not qualify for the plan.

There is a $2,000 per claim limit and an aggregate claim limit of $5,000 during a 12 month period.

Most manufacturers’ warranties only cover one specific item for a set amount of time. The manufacturer’s warranty also usually only covers defects in materials or workmanship. Most don’t cover power surges or breakdowns during normal use.

But with the Whole Home Protection Plan, you can cover as many eligible items—new and existing—for as long as your plan is active. The plan covers mechanical and electrical failures during normal use, including power surges, plus life's accidents like drops and spills. No proof of purchase is required, and you don’t need to register your products.

Coverage starts as soon as you purchase the plan.

In most cases, homeowner’s and renter’s insurance will cover a loss due to theft, fire, wind or storm damage. The Whole Home Protection Plan will cover the repair or replacement of your covered items in the event of a mechanical or electrical failure during normal use including power surges.

A service fee is a non-refundable fee that is due before each repair or replacement provided under the plan. You must pay the service fee with a valid debit or credit card before we service or replace your item.
